The 6-Week Board Transformation Curriculum

This is a "Do with You" partnership designed to get results. We don't just teach you what to do; we work alongside you to achieve each of these milestones. By the end of each week, these are the tangible outcomes you will have in hand.

 
Week 1: Board Audit and Reactivation

Outcome: At the end of this week, we will know precisely where the gaps are in your board's structure and will have received training to correct the gaps in your leadership style. Board members who are ready to recommit will have stepped up, and those who are not will have stepped down amicably.
This is to set the stage for the intensive execution that is to come.


Weeks 2 & 3: Board Recruitment

Outcome: At the end of these two weeks, a proven system for attracting and onboarding high-impact board members will have been launched. We will have identified and recruited quality and skilled individuals who are committed and ready to fill your board's gaps. 
This step will ensure you have the complete skill set needed to achieve the mission of the organization.


Week 4: Strategic Planning and Delegation

Outcome: By the end of this week, we will have facilitated a powerful strategic planning session where your board has created a shared vision for the organization. Each board member will have a clear, delegated area of responsibility and will have developed their plan and presented it to the board for approval.


Week 5: 100% Board Giving and Relationship Mapping

Outcome: By the end of this week, we will have secured 100% board giving for the year to initiate the execution of the strategic plan. Your board will have completed a strategic relationship mapping exercise, unlocking a powerful, untapped network of potential donors and partners.


Week 6: Team Building and Execution

Outcome: At the end of this week, your board will have successfully transitioned from planning to execution. They would have recruited their execution teams, developed their execution materials, and begun reaching out to their network to raise money. At this point, your board meetings will be productive working sessions where progress is reviewed, support is shared, and team cohesion is strengthened.


Weeks 7 & 8: Ongoing Coaching and Mentorship

Outcome: The foundation is set, and the momentum is yours to keep. You will have two full weeks of hands-on coaching and mentorship to handle any challenges and solidify the new systems we've built together, ensuring your board's transformation is sustainable.
